Strength Training

One of the most effective ways to make your whole body stronger is to practice the main barbell lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift, etc.) and progressively lift more weight over time. These movements are not only great for getting stronger in the gym, they also improve your ability to perform demanding everyday tasks. By learning proper technique specific to your body type and making progress at the appropriate rate, these full body lifts will tremendously boost your strength and improve overall quality of life.
