Meet Your Trainer
Adrian first began his journey into strength and fitness while attending Hunter College in 2009 when he started training in Muay Thai and occasionally lifting weights to look and feel good. As his interest in combat sports evolved into passion, his approach to training changed from aesthetics based to performance driven. He began researching ways to get stronger, faster, and more athletic in order to train, spar, and fight at his best.
As his knowledge base grew, Adrian began helping others by utilizing the methods and ideas that he had learned and applied on himself. Soon he had a small base of clients to train as a means of extra cash while still in school. It wasn’t until he began an internship at a private training facility in 2012 that Adrian realized there was a way to turn his passion and natural talent for helping others into a career.
After years of working as a personal trainer and operations manager at two different gyms, Adrian felt ready to launch A-Team Strength, a personal training company committed to providing clients with evidence and results based fitness programs tailored to their unique goals and needs.
